Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship only within India. Some remote locations may have additional restrictions.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized products
• Underwear and socks
• Damaged or used products
• Products without original packaging

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Refund method same as payment method
• COD orders refunded via bank transfer

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability.
